Hall Court

Frances and William May are happy to welcome you to Hall Court, built in 1608 by Sir John Coke, known as the last Elizabethan.

Home of May’s Cider (see below for B&B accommodation)

At Hall Court, May’s Cider is traditionally made using 100% pure apple juice from established varieties such as Dabinett and Yarlington Mill.  Our cider is fermented slowly in tanks in time-honoured fashion.

Our cider has a fine and elegant character which makes it ideal for drinking with all types of food.  It is the perfect drink for all occasions, including weddings and parties.

Our cider is best served chilled.

Our orchards are run under the Countryside Stewardship Agreement and we grow some 30 different, traditional varieties of cider apples.

For more information, phone William and Frances May on 01531 660631, or visit the May’s Cider website

Bed and Breakfast

We have 1 double room with ensuite bathroom.  This can also be a twin room.  Known as “The Knight’s Chamber” this room is spacious  with oak panelling and glorious views across the Herefordshire countryside to the Malvern Hills.

Two other rooms are available if required, sharing a private shower room.

Hall Court is now home to May’s Cider and Eggs.  Our breakfast includes eggs from our own free range hens and our cider is available for guests to purchase and enjoy.

Tariff: £75 double/twin, per night including breakfast. £45 single.
