The Studio at Kynaston Place is a fine example of a barn conversion, compact, tasteful, light and airy and completely refurbished to a high standard.studio outside

There are views over an old apple orchard to the north and open farmland leading to the Malverns to the east. The area is a haven of peace and quiet and is ideal for those who enjoy unspoilt countryside rambles or touring.  The Studio provides an excellent central base for visiting the nearby famous historic cities of Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester. Locally, the Ledbury Poetry Festival and the Big Apple cider and blossom time festivals have become famous events not to be missed.  There is a village shop in Much Marcle, approx 3 miles away and a selection of pubs within easy reach, all serving meals.

The Studio is single storey with an open plan living/dining room/kitchen. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and toilet. Heating is provided by electric  panel heaters.  Electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Video and small library. Electric cooker.  Microwave. Lawned garden and furniture. Ample parking.
